The suitable candidate will be: Open and honest Reliable and respectful Bold and progressive Job Description: Customer Services Associates We are looking for a passionate, self-driven and experienced Customer Services Associate to join our team. Customers are at the centre of everything we do and we are proud to have a reputation for best in class service. Customer Services are closely integrated with our Operations and Marketing teams to help deliver a seamless end to end experience for our customers. Key responsibilities include: Customer Experience Responding to general enquiries, customer orders, feedback Manage refunds and payment links, setting up discount or credit codes Answering customer emails, calls and chat messages Route planning our customer delivery fleet Support operations team to contact customers regarding delivery issues, swaps or Out of Stock items Weekly reporting on customer service metrics and use this data to drive positive change in service level & customer satisfaction ratings Customer invoice preparation, payment tracking and outstanding invoice management Drive forward a project for 2022 to use technology to ensure the customer service team have an integrated platform General Administration & Office Management Customer invoice preparation Customer Payment tracking and outstanding invoice management Filing and organisation of office Ordering of office supplies & refreshments Management of office cleaning, health and safety, First Aid The role is organic in nature and will develop over time. Requirements: The successful candidate is expected to have all, or the majority, of the following characteristics and qualifications: Passionate about high-quality sustainable meat & seafood Prior Customer Service and/or Administrative experience Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word & PowerPoint Excellent communication & interpersonal skills and phone manner, fluent in English Positive and can-do attitude The successful candidate will be working in a young, multicultural, dynamic and fast-paced company. The role is full time, based in Jurong, reporting to the Head of Operations. Sasha's Fine Foods has a flexible working culture allowing staff to work from the office and/or home when feasible. Working hours include rotating Saturdays or Sundays, and if covering CS shifts may start at 7 am weekdays or end at 9 pm. Remuneration is competitive, with great benefits.
