SITA is a dynamic organisation delivering IT solutions to customers in the Aviation industries. Our customers are mainly the Airports and Airlines within Asia Pacific Region. As a Graduate for PMO & Bid Support team, you will get to work closely with APAC Customer Facing Project Managers and varies business unit and stakeholders across SITA, as well as our Central Project Management Practice Team. You will report to the Senior Project Portfolio Manager within the APAC PMO and Bid Support team.

What you will do
1. Project Management Office
  • Ensure APAC delivery community adhere to SITA Policies, Standards and Processes
  • Administrate SITA Project Management Tool, Clarizen
  • Track and Provide Delivery Performance KPI, Compliances and Reports
  • Facilitate PRB, meeting minutes and track actions to closure
  • Support and Manage Project Repository and Lesson Learnt knowledge database
  • Facilitate and Support team training and meeting
  • Facilitate team collaboration and communication
2. Bid Support
  • Represents the Delivery function during the Bid Lifecycle
  • Provide inputs to support bid requirement
  • Work with bid team to ensures end to end solution is deliverable
  • Work with Project Manager to provide WBS, resource sizing, costing and risk register
  • Participate in bid review meetings
  • Support Solution to Delivery Handover Meeting

Who you are

  • Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skill
  • Self-driven and highly motivated
  • Good time management and Strong attention to details
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint (MS Project is an added advantage)
  • Preferable from Information Technologies, Engineering or Aerospace Degree background
